Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 September, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Shorts (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Shorts provides access to scripted short-form entertainment. Content may be created or modified with artificial intelligence tools, and all characters and events are fictional. Some content requires a paid subscription or purchase. The catalogue and playback features may change over time.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract where you live to create an account or make a purchase, and you may use the service only where doing so is lawful.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or restrict an account that is used unlawfully, compromises security, or breaches these terms.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The checkout shows the price, currency, access period and any recurring charge before you pay. Those details, together with the checkout terms, govern the transaction. A renewing subscription continues until you cancel it in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
To report a billing problem or request a refund, contact us through the support option in your account, or use the contact details on your purchase confirmation. We review each request against the checkout terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Content and permitted use
All content, artwork, software and names on the service belong to us or our licensors. You may view content for personal, noncommercial use while your access is active. You may not copy, republish, resell, or bypass access controls, or use the service to break the law.
6. Availability and liability
Maintenance, network failures and catalogue changes can interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms or that were caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For any question about your account, a purchase or these terms, use the support option in your account or the contact details on your purchase confirmation.
